No binding purchase agreement between you and chocolate creative has been made until you have received an order confirmation from us.

Stock

Some items may not be in stock and, as specified on the product description, it could take extra time to deliver. If a product on the website is out of stock or if you require greater units that we currently have available, please contact us.

Shipping

Pls note there could be, still, some delays due to COVID 19 depending on your location, sometimes over days or even weeks. Once we ship an item, we cannot control the shipping times.

This also applies to our Terms & Conditions under these exceptional times when it comes to claiming a product that can maybe take longer than usual.

FREE POSTAGE for all UK & EU deliveries over 150EUR.

Shipping fees vary according to the total weight and destination of the shipment. Dispatching dates: Tuesday & Fridays (may change depending on volumes and unforeseen issues).

Depending when you order, goods will be dispatched within just a few days or up 5-7 working days of purchase depending on the item. Bespoke orders will take longer (more details when buying, usually 1- 2 weeks). Items are dispatched from our studio in Gran Canaria, Spain by Spanish national carrier: Correos España (correos.es). Please note not all packages are sent with a tracking code as depends on orders and volume. We rarely have issues with postage, and they do arrive even with no tracking codes.

Size restrictions

We do not send the inner cover of the cushion.

We do not provide the pole por curtain brackets.

Customs

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own country’s customs upon receiving goods.

Returns

At chocolate creative we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 7 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We won’t accept any returns that have not been notified within 24 hours or returned within the specified 7 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund your card in full within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.

Colour and size variations

Be aware that the handmade collections are silk screen printed individually and because of the nature of the process, colours, patterns and sizes may vary slightly from product to product. We do our best to match the products with the original product’s photos, but please take into consideration that due to individual colour screen settings, colours may look slightly different to the real product. We do our best to give a full description of the items so we strongly recommend reading each product’s description for sizes, colours, material, design and postage before you go ahead with the purchase, so you can be sure you are happy with what you are buying.

Care instructions

All our textile products are hand-wash or dry-clean only. Where heat transfers have been applied, iron on the reverse side only. To clean the wooden products use a wet cloth with a very gentle soap.

Best, to have a copy of the requested order, via CONTACT please or simply on SHOP directly doing a normal order. You always have a direct contact by CONTACT if like to hear more details.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal or regular account payments.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
